At Oakmont Education, our school directors are the heart of everything we do. We hire the whole person—leaders who bring their full selves to the work: coaches, former athletes, business professionals, community partners, social workers, and advocates rooted in juvenile court and local systems. We surround our directors with real support, from ongoing coaching and leadership development to intentional spaces like our Director’s Retreat. Through programs such as CCL, Built to Deliver, and Brian Mendler training, we invest deeply in their growth. We promote from within, celebrate excellence through President’s Club, and support bold ideas—from satellite schools to new buildings. Workforce Development Program
Oakmont offers 15 different industry credentials in three separate Workforce Development Clusters, including skilled trades, community health and wellness, and business and entrepreneurship. This training focuses on providing real-world experience for in-demand jobs in essential fields. This training empowers graduates to earn a sustainable living wage in high-demand careers without college debt. What’s more, this career-based model helps close the skills gap and enable local businesses to access the qualified workforce they need.
