At Oakmont Education, our school directors are the heart of everything we do. We hire the whole person—leaders who bring their full selves to the work: coaches, former athletes, business professionals, community partners, social workers, and advocates rooted in juvenile court and local systems. We surround our directors with real support, from ongoing coaching and leadership development to intentional spaces like our Director’s Retreat. Through programs such as CCL, Built to Deliver, and Brian Mendler training, we invest deeply in their growth.
