Oakmont provides options in three Career Clusters to provide hands-on learning from teachers with real-world expertise in their field. This career-based model helps close the skills gap while providing our students with an alternative pathway to earning their diploma. It also provides local businesses with the skilled workforce they need. Oakmont's students not only receive critical hands-on training, they are also prepared to earn their certifications from the nation's leading credentialing organizations, including the NCCR, MSSC, NHA, ODH, NRF, DSPATHS, and Microsoft.

If you want a career caring for others, our Community Health & Wellness track is right for you.

To succeed in today's economy, students need skills to help them earn a job that pays a living wage after high school, affording them a pathway out of poverty and into their future. That's why we developed our Workforce Development Program, to give our students the real-world skills and industry certifications they need to launch a career in one of several high-demand jobs.
