Oakmont Education: Expanding Capacity on the Leadership Team
Oakmont is pleased to announce the appointment of Nate Miller as the new CEO, effective July 16th.
Nate, a Northeast Ohio native, brings diverse leadership experiences to the role. He served as a US Army officer for four years, including leading an engineer platoon in Afghanistan, experiences that have deeply shaped his leadership philosophy and practice. Upon returning to Northeast Ohio, he joined Goodyear Tire, where he held roles in Strategy, Product Management, and most recently, as Director of Global Supply Chain for the Off-the-Road Tires business.
“I am tremendously excited to be joining an organization whose values so closely align with my own,” said Nate. He has been married to his wife, Brittany, for 14 years, and they have two boys, Simon (9) and Gideon (3).
“Nate Miller’s addition to Oakmont’s leadership team is a tremendous asset that will greatly enhance the company’s growth without affecting daily operations. His exceptional skills and diverse leadership experience will bolster the team’s efforts to establish Oakmont as the premier education management company and achieve its ambitious mission. Nate’s expertise will prove invaluable as Oakmont works to expand its positive impact on more communities.”
